Where did the idea come from?
The concept for Doe a Deer was inspired by Eva Pudiyapura, a visionary young leader who, at just 15 years old in 2023, recognized the need for meaningful support and community engagement. Her passion for making a difference sparked the initiative that has grown into this nonprofit organization.

We are proud to collaborate with esteemed partners, including Pathways for Progress, The CawnPore Magazine, Culturverse, Palorah Capital, and The World Affairs Council. Together, we are dedicated to fostering positive change and empowering individuals through our shared mission.
Connecting Internationally
During her time at Wastefree23, Eva had participated in the 2023 competition held by the Moonshots Pirates, a global organization which helps young people develop skills, learn, and take action to create a better future. Through the competition, she met the current organization's cofounders: Michael(19) from Germany, Sara(16) from Egypt, Mojo from Nigeria, Smera(14) from India, and Vitor(16) from Brazil.
Our mission
Together, we developed many ideas to make sustainability a feasible endeavor for any community in the world, regardless of wealth limitations. We're encouraging youth to join in n the mission to build sustainable societies that benefit a healthy planet. Youth leads the future, and we get to build it too.
